Time slots
Each amenity has its own bookable slots, so two families can't claim the same evening.
Community rules
Publish the rules for each amenity — and the community-wide ones — where residents see them before booking.
Approvals

Paid bookings
Charge a booking fee and collect it online with the booking.
Book on behalf of residents
Admins can make a booking for a resident who called or walked into the office.
Booking overview
Admins see pending requests, upcoming bookings and unpaid amounts in one place.
The details
Why amenity booking causes so many arguments
In amenity-rich societies, the clubhouse and party hall are some of the most contested spaces. Bookings made in a WhatsApp group or a register at the office lead to double-bookings, disputes about who asked first, unpaid fees and committee members fielding calls at odd hours.
How Community Hub handles it
- Set up each amenity with its slots, rules and — if applicable — a booking fee.
- Residents book from the app and see what's available before asking.
- Admins approve where approval is required, and see what's pending or unpaid.
- Everything is on record — who booked what, when, and whether it was paid.
Works with the rest of the app
Booking fees are paid online alongside other dues (see maintenance collection), and changes to amenity rules can be shared with everyone through announcements.
