The details
For Telangana's growing gated communities
Our Hyderabad page covers the city itself. But much of Telangana's new housing is in large gated communities and villa townships around Hyderabad's Outer Ring Road — towards Kollur, Tellapur, Shamshabad, Shamirpet and Ghatkesar — and in growing cities such as Warangal, Karimnagar, Nizamabad and Khammam. These communities tend to share two pressure points: shared amenities and unresolved complaints.
Amenities without arguments
Clubhouses, pools, courts and party halls are a big reason people buy into a gated community — and a big source of disputes when bookings run through a register or a WhatsApp thread. Community Hub lets the committee publish each amenity with its slots and rules, require approval where it makes sense, and collect booking fees online. Admins can also book on a resident's behalf. See amenity booking.
Complaints that get closed
In large townships, the same issue — a broken street light, a pump failure, a leaking common pipe — often gets reported several times with nobody clearly responsible. Community Hub gives every complaint an owner and an SLA, escalates it if it runs late, and keeps a comment thread and history. Residents can see progress, which cuts down on follow-up calls. See complaint management.
Builder handover and new committees
Many newer communities are going through handover from the builder to a residents' association. We migrate resident and dues data for free, and the 3-month trial gives a new committee time to onboard residents. Associations in Telangana are commonly registered under the Telangana Societies Registration Act, 2001; Community Hub keeps the records the committee needs but isn't legal advice.
